Procure to Pay Specialist

  • Location: Near Coalville, Leicestershire
  • Type: Full-Time
  • Hours: 37.5 Hours per week. Hybrid working pattern.
  • Salary: Competitive
  • Reporting To: P2P Manager

About the Role

Are you ready to take the next step in your career? Our client is looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Procure-to-Pay (P2P) Specialist to join their global team. As a P2P Specialist, you will play a key role in delivering consistent, streamlined, and efficient global Procure-to-Pay processes. With a strong focus on operational performance, compliance, and continuous improvement, you’ll ensure the integrity of financial data while maintaining high levels of customer service.

Reporting to:
P2P Manager

Performance and Delivery (70%)

  • Execute standardised processes, systems, and controls compliant with regulatory and statutory requirements across relevant jurisdictions.
  • Manage supplier invoices
  • Process subcontractor applications for payment
  • Manage employee expenses
  • Statement reconciliations
  • Manage supplier master data

Continuous Improvement (30%)

  • Drive improvements in Shared Services Centre (SSC) effectiveness and efficiency through continuous process enhancements.

Qualifications and Experience

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • Experience in accounts payable or similar business processes within a high-volume environment.
  • Relevant operational P2P experience in a PLC
  • Proven expertise in managing high-volume processes effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and a keen eye for detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • A demonstrated ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
